About Quality of Life
Quality of life includes the identification and assessment of the scope of cancer care services available throughout New Hampshire that provide individualized options for whole person care along the continuum of care. Community partners will address gaps and barriers to these services.
Cancer Plan Goal
Currently working on Goal #3: Optimize quality of life for those affected by cancer.
Improve access to quality: diagnostic and treatment services, clinical trial/research, and pallitavie care of all citizens of NH.
Strategy: Reduce the percentage of people who report unmanaged pain.
